Description

An oil filter is a filter to clean the lubricating oil of a combustion engine of dirt that collects in it. The oil filter must be replaced regularly. If the oil is very dirty, or if the filter has not been replaced for a long time, the pressure in the filter can become too high and it will be discharged via a pressure relief valve, so that the oil is no longer filtered.
